After you have ordered with us,
we aim to deliver your order within 3 working days.
All deliveries require a signature upon arrival and are
delivered between 8am and 2pm, or in more rural UK areas
between 8am and 5pm. We can provide a tracking number so that
you know when it was collected from our Notting Hill head office,
and this can tell you where the parcel is enroute, and
also on delivery we can see that it has been recieved safely with
your signature.

Deliveries take up
to 10 days. Should we be unable to ship your order within this
time frame for any reason, we will contact you to discuss the
matter. Delivery charges are based on weight and
delivery destination, and will be quoted during the checkout

Value Added
Tax is charged on most goods and services within the European
Union. UK VAT is currently 17.5% and is included in all product
prices displayed on the Bill Amberg Web Site.
We are
required by law to collect VAT on orders despatched to addresses
within the European Union. Orders sent to addresses anywhere else
in the world will not be subject to VAT and this will be deducted
and the net price shown.
Orders
despatched outside the UK and European Union are subject to
local taxes and customs. Customs forms for all international
packages list the value of the contents as well as a description of
the items. Any customs or import duties levied once the package
reaches your country must be paid by the recipient. Your local
customs office will be able to provide further
information.

Our Online Refund policy
is within 7 Days from the delivery date, making sure
the purchase is sent back to us in its original box and in
saleable condition. Please fill out the Return and Exchange
Form (enclosed with your original shipment) indicating the new product that you would
like to exchange it with. Please include the model number,
colour, size, etc.

Please note that we are unable to refund
any returns or exchange on any made-to-order,
bespoke or SALE. These purchases are
non-returnable and
non-refundable.
Please
allow 2 weeks for the refund or exchange to be fully
processed BILL AMBERG will pay the
outbound shipping charges in cases of manifacture faults. Returned packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot
accept C.O.D. deliveries
Credit
for returns will be given for the merchandise total only and does
not include shipping and handling charges
Refunds will
be refunded onto the original credit or
debit card only with the amount indicated on your
delivery documentation
Gift
returns can either be exchanged for another product to the
same value, or the giftgiver will recieve the refunded
amount back onto their card
Please allow
1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your
statement.
Confidentiality: We
exercise all reasonable precaution to keep information and details
strictly confidential and conform to the Data Protection
Act; never supply or pass on customer information to
third parties. We also do not keep customers payment or card
details on file for your security.
