Sushisamba

Ahead of the prestigious Sushisamba restaurant chain opening the doors to its flagship outpost in London’s Heron Tower, we were asked to create a set of hospitality furniture for the venue, which serves up a blend of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian fare.

This design and development project included a variety of table tops, two different styles of leather banquette seating, and two waiters’ stations.

The brief was to create furniture that would comfortably accommodate large groups of guests, while maximising the use of floor space; a key requirement within this top city location. The modular furniture range provides flexibility and durability, without compromising quality of manufacture.
