In the UK the base delivery charge is £7.00 however occasionally for certain heavy items we do need to charge an additional postage charge to cover the cost of the weight of these goods.

All Bill Amberg products are created with pride by master craftspeople and each piece has unique characteristics and imperfections that are inherent to the properties of leather. We believe your Bill Amberg product will bring you years of enjoyment and will improve with age however please bear in mind that when using such beautiful natural fabrics no two pieces will be absolutely identical in terms of leather detail, colour or grain and there will always be an individual nature to every piece.
Refunds & Exchanges
We know that you will love your purchase and we are sure it will bring you years of enjoyment. However, just in case it’s not quite right you can return them to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. The only thing we ask is that they are sent back to us in the original boxing, with all labels attached, unused and undamaged.
Unfortunately we cannot refund any shipping charges or the cost of returns, so please ensure when you return your parcels receive a proof of postage certificate from the Royal Mail. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Refund monies will be returned onto the original credit or debit card only for the same price your originally paid for the item. Gift returns can either be exchanged for another product to the same value, or the gift giver will receive the refunded amount back onto their card.
Please allow 28 days for the refund or exchange to be fully processed. BILL AMBERG will pay the outbound shipping charges in cases of manufacture faults.
To return simply fill out the Returns Form that came with your purchase, and if exchanging, provide the details of the new product that you would like to exchange it with. Please include the model number, colour, size, etc.

VAT & CUSTOMS
Value Added Tax is charged on most goods and services within the European Union. UK VAT from January 2010 is 17.5% and is included in all product prices displayed on the Bill Amberg Web Site.
We are required by law to collect VAT on orders dispatched to addresses within the European Union. Orders sent to addresses anywhere else in the world will not be subject to VAT and this will be deducted and the net price shown.
Orders dispatched outside the UK and European Union are subject to local taxes and customs. Customs forms for all international packages list the value of the contents as well as a description of the items. The recipient must pay any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country. Your local customs office will be able to provide further information.
