You may access the Site solely for your own personal use. You cannot use any content of the Site for commercial or illegal purpose.

Ordering

Orders are subject to acceptance by Bill Amberg Limited and the availability of product. The contract for the sale of any product will not exist until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you. We will confirm the acceptance of this contract by sending you an email at the time of product dispatch. This confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, cost (including VAT and P&P) and usual delivery times.

If the contract has not been accepted, you will receive an email from us telling you the reasons why.

Prices are correct at the time of entering the information, however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time.

Third Party Information

The Site may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other web sites or resources, promotions of advertisers and merchants. Any dealings by you with any third party on or through the Site shall be solely between you and that third party, we shall not be deemed to be acting as an agent for you in any such dealings and we shall not be responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from any such dealings. We do not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice.

We have tried to provide accurate information (including images) on the site, however there are some factors such as Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc, that means we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in representation or colour between content and the actual product.

We have taken every measure to prevent Internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers.

Should there be any shortfall in delivered quantities, or should the goods be damaged or faulty we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem in writing to us at: Customer Services, BILL AMBERG, 31 Elkstone Road, London W10 within 10 working days of delivery of the goods. In addition you must return the goods to this address and provide proof of posting for these gods, unless we inform you that return is not necessary. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.

General Information

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Any failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and the relationship between you and us shall be governed by the laws of England and the English courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We reserve the right to vary the Terms from time to time, such variations becoming effective immediately upon posting to the Site and by continuing to use it, you will be deemed to accept any such variations.
