Chucs Restaurants

In keeping with the Chucs brand of Italian Riviera-inspired restaurants and cafes, we were commissioned to create fitted leather banquettes and restaurant furniture for their outposts in Mayfair and within Harrods department store.

The aesthetic is reminiscent of an opulent yacht, with design details such as blond wooden panelling and polished brass rails. We worked with the architect and interior design teams to create furniture that fitted the 1950’s-style glamour of the venues, whilst remaining appropriate for a busy hospitality environment.

A colour-matched royal blue upholstery leather was selected for the fitted banquettes, while dining chairs were fabricated and upholstered in a rich whisky tone, with antiqued brass nails to the backs. A set of bar stools used the same blue leather, with blond wooden bases and brass detailing to the foot rests.
