As a keen motorcyclist, Bill has sworn by his Belstaff Trialmaster wax cotton jacket for years. For our recent collaboration with the heritage clothing brand, we set out to create pieces that are as well-made, strong and dependable as Bill’s trusty motorcycle jacket.
The hero of the collection is the reintroduction of the Eddie Mulder tribute bag, originally designed by Bill in 2008. As one of the most celebrated desert racers and stunt riders of his time, the 1960’s saw Eddie Mulder take the racing world by storm. Never one to paint-by-numbers, his customized motorcycle suits and kit bags in bright colours and with bold motifs were instantly recognizable by his legions of fans.
Entirely crafted in England, the Belstaff x Bill Amberg Mulder Bag marries sporting heritage, beautiful craftsmanship and bold design in a rediscovery of the 2008 tribute edition – made for adventurous spirits past, present and future.
The collection also features a selection of small leather accessories, including belts with an option of solid cast silver or bronze buckles, a card case and a sunglasses case. All are available in classic and seasonal colours, made from British vegetable-tanned leather.
