Rocket

First released in 1990, Bill Amberg’s Rocket Bag is a classic of both design and leathercraft, having entered the permanent collections of both the V&A Museum and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Made from vegetable-tanned leather and employing the traditional techniques of English saddlery – including cut and polished edges and manual saddle-stitching – but with a contemporary design and fluid, curving lines, the Rocket is Bill’s modern interpretation of a traditional briefcase.
